Thank you for clearing this matter up. Those who are included on the list are the sure participants, while those are not do not have the rights to complain because they never made an effort to be included on the list. I just don't like the idea that there are people who seem to complain a lot about anything as if they are privilege to do that all the time, this should stop because we should also know our shortcomings; if we failed to register or not.
